Meals for the sick
If you know of someone at Metro who is having surgery or suffering from an illness or who has had a new baby or suffered a death in their family, contact the church office so that meals or other help can be given to the family. Also contact the office if you would enjoy taking a meal to a family.

"Who of you by worrying can ad a single hour to his life ... so do not worry saying what shall we eat or what shall we drink or what shall we wear? For the pagans run after all of these things and your heavenly father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself." Mathew 6:25-34
